Overview

Games that run natively inside Telegram and Facebook Messenger — tap a chat message and play instantly, no install, no login. Backed by an auto-chat bot system that handles onboarding, game invites, and engagement loops in conversation.

The problem

App-store install friction kills casual game distribution. The goal: put games where players already are — inside their chat apps — with zero-install instant play and viral invite loops.

Architecture

HTML5 game clients load through the Telegram/Messenger game APIs, authenticated by chat identity. A Node.js bot service drives conversations — invites, turn notifications, rematches — while shared game servers handle state and leaderboards per chat group.

Chat platforms (game API + bot webhooks) → Node.js bot service → HTML5 games + shared game servers

Highlights

  • —Zero-install instant play Games launch straight from a chat message using platform game APIs — no download, no signup.
  • —Conversational growth loops The bot turns every match into invites, notifications, and rematch prompts inside the chat.
  • —Per-group leaderboards Scores are scoped to each chat group, driving competition among friends.
